• Managing affiliate links under the Amazon EU Associates Program — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, connected to the Site's editorial model (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). ProfumiGourmand.it participates in this program and earns advertising fees from qualifying purchases made on amazon.it through links on the Site.
• Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Processing methods and recipients

Data is processed using IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes, and by adopting security measures adequate to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or destruction of data.

Data collected via Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC as data processor, including in the United States, based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

By clicking an affiliate link on the Site, you are redirected to the amazon.it domain, where processing of your data is governed exclusively by Amazon's privacy policy, over which the controller has no control. We recommend reviewing it before completing a purchase.

5. Retention period

Browsing data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes. Statistical data collected via Google Analytics 4 is retained according to the retention settings configured on the controller's Analytics property, and in any case for no longer than 14 months.

6. Data subject rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request from the controller, where applicable, access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as the right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. 7. Minors
